Summer Sessions Begin Next Week!

Next week is the beginning of summer training! In June, we are working on your athletic development so that you can be stronger, faster, and healthier for the fall season. There will be a mix of exercises for strength and speed development and functional exercises for injury prevention. There will be exercises for both experienced lifters and athletes new to the weight room. 8am-9am sessions at the weight room.

NEED NOW: WAIVER
If you are NEW to Niwot Athletics, you will need to bring a paper copy of the COVID waiver, signed by a parent/guardian (I have attached it here for you to print and sign, or a parent/guardian can come down to sign it on-site before your first session). You cannot participate until it is signed and returned. If you did this in 2020, you don’t need to do it again.

NEED LATER: SPORTS PHYSICALS/REGISTRATION
You don’t need these until the official start of the season, August 9. Then you will need them complete in order to participate.

To view the schedules for the summer and fall, please use the SCHEDULE tab and select PRESEASON AND TRYOUTS. Players are requested to RSVP for the session for planning purposes (only player accounts can RSVP).

Make sure you bring plenty of your own water. Cleats are not necessary for the weight room sessions.
