The first day of soccer tryouts is Monday, August 9th. All athletes must be fully registered to try out. In order to ensure that athletes are cleared to try out it is strongly encouraged that the registration process is completed at least one week prior to the first official practice.

Any student that is planning on participating in a fall sport at NHS must first complete the sports registration process. Fall sports registration is now open. Sports registration is completed online at https://nhs-cougars.com/2021/07/23/fall-sports-registration/

Please note that all athletes must be registered before participating in the first official practice. If an athlete does not make the team, a full refund will be issued.

Part of the registration process is each student-athlete must have a current sports physical that has been completed in the last 365 days. A copy of the physical can be turned into the front office at NHS (M-F 8:00 am-3:00 pm) or uploaded digitally at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSebgcTz5c3xIT0Jg7_NaYSjn34LWnGF3hKZTsaTclJ9qO60IQ/viewform

A student will NOT be cleared to practice until the sports physical has been received. You can find if your athlete’s physical is on file and up to date on Infinite Campus>More>Activities.
