We are less than 3 weeks away from the start of the fall sports season! Please make sure you are familiar with all of the important information below as we head into a very busy time of year.

Registration and Sports Physicals
Thank you to those who have registered and submitted sports physicals. If you have not yet, please complete this as soon as possible. If you would like, I will collect paper copies of sports physicals at summer sessions and turn them in to the office, — however, I will make sure you have taken a scan on your phone before I take your only copy.

Fall Schedule
As I have mentioned before, the schedule is posted for Varsity and JV, and C is coming along. Please use the schedule to begin to plan out your work schedules and family schedules for the fall. Here are some of the important August dates:

Tryouts
All tryouts at the grass fields.
Monday, August 8 (split day) 11th/12th grade: 3:00-4:30pm; 9th/10th grade: 4:30-6:00pm
Tuesday, August 9 (all grades) 4:00-6:00pm
Wednesday, August 10 (all grades) 4:00-6:00pm, players stay after 6:00 for player placement meetings and are excused after meeting with coaches

Fall Sports Parent Meeting
Monday, August 8 at 6:00pm is our annual fall sports parent meeting, beginning in the auditorium. Then there will be a breakout session for our soccer program. I encourage all families to attend. Our 9th and 10th grade athletes coming up from tryouts can meet parents at the breakout session.

First Days of Practice
Practices begin right away on August 11.
Varsity: weeknights 5:45-7:30pm on the main turf field (until school starts, see schedule)
JV: weekdays 3:15-5:00 on the grass fields
C: (M, T, Th, F) 4:00-5:30 on the grass fields

Varsity/JV Scrimmage
V and JV will scrimmage Broomfield HS at their fields on August 16. Kickoff will be 4:30. A bus will be provided.

Varsity/JV First Game
It’s an early one this year. We travel to Pueblo West on the first day of school, August 18. A bus will be provided.

C First Game
To ensure we build a quality schedule, we need to wait until the local schools confirm third levels in their soccer programs. Then we will schedule with those schools and release the game schedule.
