2025 SUMMER SOCCER STARTS THIS WEEK!

We are starting our summer schedule this week, with a full week of trainings and kickarounds!
Kickarounds will be Tuesdays and Thursdays (5:30-7:00pm). We will be on the grass fields. After kickarounds, join us in the weight room for weight training (7:15-8:00pm). I will have several workouts written for you, depending on your training experience. Make sure you bring water for each session (there are no places to refill at the weight room), and flat shoes to change to. If you are picking up your player from the weight room, the best place to do that is the upper lot by the school.
Speed and Conditioning Training will be on Mondays (7:00-8:00pm). This is an opportunity for you to learn how to get faster, both in all-out speed and in your agility. We will also work on speed endurance after a short speed session. We’ll be on the grass fields for this as well, but sometimes we will finish on the trails that run next to that field. Wear flat shoes for this session, and bring water!
Goalkeeper Training will be on Mondays (6:00-7:00pm) on the grass fields. Any player interested in the position is welcome! Please bring your gloves, cleats, water, and the gear you prefer to train in. Goalkeepers, please RSVP so that I can plan the best possible training session.
Weather cancelations and postponements are only announced on this app (or by email, if you have chosen to skip notifications). I will only post changes to the schedule — I will not post to say that we are still on.
Summer soccer is optional. We do hope that you come out to take advantage of the opportunities to improve, both as an individual and as a team. Summer is a very important building block for our team each year, so join us!
